For this post however, we wanted to provide you with a few suggestions and what we think are going to be highlights of this year\u2019s Malaga Feria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Fireworks and drone show<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nOn Friday the 12th of August to kick off the Feria there is a Drone Light Show at 23.50 that can be seen from the Malagueta and Huelin beaches. Straight after this, at 24.00, there will be a firework display to welcome the Feria to Malaga. This spectacular display of lights and pyrotechnics is not to be missed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.grapevine-properties.com\/lifestyle\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Fireworks_malaga-1024x649.jpg\")

Live Music at the Day Feria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nEnjoy the live music in Calle Larios and all around the historical center every day from 13.00 \u2013 17.00. For us, Malaga turning into a colourful street party really is the highlight of the Feria!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are joining with children, the Plaza de Merced hosts the Feria M\u00e1gica from 13.00 \u2013 15.30 with games, puppet shows, theatre, magic shows and other interactive activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.grapevine-properties.com\/lifestyle\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/istockphoto-1011864440-1024x1024-1.jpg\")
<\/figure>\n\n\n\n3.Flamenco<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nEvery evening from 23.00 you can join the caseta municipal del Flamenco y de la Copla<\/strong> (located here<\/a>) to watch a variety of different flamenco artists take to the stage. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe atmosphere in here is totally electric as you surround yourself with people in traditional Spanish dress clapping to the rhythm of the music (in Spanish we call this “tocar las palmas”, literally translating into “touch the palms”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Cartojal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\nOk, admittedly not an event or activity but if you\u2019re at the day feria and haven\u2019t bought a cold bottle of cartojal from someone selling them out of an icebox, have you really been to the day feria?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
