Second viewings can be nerve wracking and exciting. It’s one step closer to potentially buying your dream property and it’s easy to get caught up in the second viewing whirlwind.

So, what are a few things you can do to create an optimal second viewing? We have a few ideas… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

View the property in different light<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Try to organise the viewing on a different type or time of day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you do your first viewing on a morning? Try and second view in the afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was your first viewing on a cloudy day? Try and arrange the second viewing for a day when the sun is shining. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viewing the property in a different light is a great way to get a new perspective as the light will hit the property differently at unique types and times of day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

View the property on YOUR terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Don’t be afraid to voice your viewing preferences to your agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would prefer to explore the property by yourselves, let your agent and the property owners know. They won’t mind letting you have free roam of the property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Explore the local area<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Take some time to visit the surrounding area and nearby towns<\/a>. Investigate the local school scene if you are moving here with children and chat to the people that actually live<\/em> in the town currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
