Los Arqueros

Los Arqueros is comprised of a number of smaller "urbanizacions", each built slightly differently with a different look and feel. While they are all as charming as eachother, you may find that one of them suits your needs far better. Click the links below to view photographs and details of a particular urbanizacion.

La Torre

La Torre is one of the largest and most recent communities constructed on Los Arqueros. It consists of several groups of apartments with a choice of four swimming pools. Two pools frontline golf and two larger pools in the centre of the urbanization overlooked by several apartment blocks.

The apartments are situated within a gated community and are surrounded by landscaped gardens and lawns. Views vary across the Los Arqueros golf course with some apartments having uninterrupted front-line golf views.

Apartments are built on 3 levels ground, middle and penthouses (some include roof solariums). The size of the apartments vary from approx 80 - 110m2 for a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment and from 100 -120m2 for a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment plus outside terraces and/or solarium.

The apartments all have Underground Car Parking, Lift access, Storerooms were an optional purchase and apartments may be sold with or without.


Los Olivos

Los Olivos is one of the exclusive and smaller communities on Los Arqueros, with only 13 blocks. The apartments were constructed to a slightly higher standard than other communities and are of a larger build size, making them suitable for both holiday homes and residential living.

It is an elevated urbanization with panoramic views of the coastline, Coast of Africa, Gibraltar and Malaga Bay, within walking distance to the Club House it is one of the most sought after locations onsite.

The apartments were constructed 2004 and consists of two phases both in secure gated blocks. Phase 2 has a beautiful backcloth towards the mountains and the prestigious Zagaleta Urbanization. Phase 1 benefit from some of the best views onsite, looking down on to the Golf Course, with extensive sea views.

The apartments all have Underground Car Parking, Lift access, Storerooms were an optional purchase and apartments may be sold with or without. There are a number of 4 bed duplex apartments giving large spacious living.

Both Phases have identical Pool Areas with a childrens pool, surrounded by sub tropical gardens.


Los Naranjos

Los Naranjos is one of the smaller urbanisations onsite, with 42 elevated apartments, the was development built in 2002, the apartments all have Underground Car Parking, Lift access, Storerooms were an optional purchase and apartments may be sold with or without.

There pool area has panoramic views of the golf course, coastline and North Africa, with blocks 1 5 directly overlooking the pool, there is also a children pool for residents use.


Los Balcones

Los Balcones is an elevated urbanizations walking distance to the Club House and restaurant, it has breathtaking views of the golf course and coastline making it very desirable.

A small exclusive development with approx 30 apartments, the apartments are set in a semi circles, all overlooking the only infinite pool onsite, providing a spectacular setting with uninterrupted views across the mountains towards the sea.


Las Terrazas

Las Terrazas, is situated at the highest point of Los Arqueros, with spectacular panoramic southerly and westerly views over the mountains, golf course and across the Mediterranean towards Africa.

This gated community is only a few minutes walk to the clubhouse with a beautiful backcloth over the mountains extending to Marbella bay to the east and Gibraltar to the west.

The urbanization was constructed in 2005 and consists of three blocks with southerly and south westerly aspects with a large community pool. The size of the apartments, with some exceptions (Duplex), vary from approx 100 - 120m2 plus outside terraces depending on the number of bedrooms.

El Lago

EL Lago was one of the earlier communities constructed on Los Arqueros. Several units are located directly adjacent to the golf course. They are surrounded by well kept gardens which contain two lovely community pools (1 Heated).

The build size of each apartment varies from around 120m2 including terraces for a 2 bed and 140m2 for a 3 bed dependant upon whether it is a ground floor, middle or penthouse.

Many owners have developed their penthouse roof solariums into well manicured roof gardens with automatic watering systems.


Los Pinos

Los Pinos is the first urbanisation Taylor Woodrow constructed onsite. The urbanisation is elevated with panoramic coastal views, it benefits from 2 pools, one heated for all year round bathing. With beautiful well established gardens Los Pinos is a desirable location to live with a high resident occupancy.

The 3 bedroom apartments are larger than the average apartment onsite, with specious terraces. All apartments have underground car parking and lift access.

Apartments can be sold with or without storerooms.
