When you think you are ready to purchase a property, it is usual to arrange for a viewing break to compare the different urbanisations onsite, to find the most suitable location for your new holiday home.

Our sister company is a successful rental and management company based solely on Los Arqueros, we would be happy to arrange accommodation for you during your stay.

We are more than happy to collect you from the airport, and take you to Los Arqueros, but it is advisable to hire a rental car for your stay, this enables you to explore the towns, country side and amenities near by.

Whilst we will view properties onsite with you, we understand that you need time and space on your own so that you can think and talk in private about what you have seen and what suits your needs.

When you have found your perfect property, you will of course require a lawyer, we recommend a local lawyer to our clients, who we use for the majority of our sales. The lawyer will take you through the purchase process in detail.

We also have a reputable Mortgage Advisor that can be of service, if you require.

During your inspection trip you will be accommodated in one of our Luxury Apartments onsite, we expect all clients to pay for their accommodation and flights, if a client purchases during your trip, we will refund the cost of the rental accommodation on completion of your purchase.
